流固耦合作用下流体对管道抗震性能的影响分析

摘要
在地震荷载作用下输液管道的破坏受到流体的影响,因此,流固耦合作用下的管道破坏数值模拟是分析管道抗震性能的关键。通过管道破坏分析的流固耦合有限元建模,实现了流固耦合作用下地震荷载加载和断层活动约束,介绍了建模过程以及模型参数选择,分析了流固耦合作用下管道的抗震性能及管内介质和流速等参数对管道破坏的影响。依据计算结果,管道内输送介质密度和流速越大,管道越易破坏,故在地下管道设计中应充分考虑管内介质的密度与流速。针对计算结果,为输液管道抗震设防提出了几点建议。
The damage to fluid-conveying pipeline is controlled by liquid under the action of earthquakes,and numerical simulation of pipeline damage under fluid structure interaction(FSI) is the key of earthquake resistance analysis.Through the finite element modeling of the fluidconveying pipeline,earthquake loads and constraint of fault movement are applied under the fluid structure interaction,steps of modeling is introduced,and effect of parameters of the model on the pipeline damage are considered.Deformation and damage of buried pipeline are investigated,and the influence of the density and velocity of fluid is analyzed.According to the calculating results,the bigger the density and velocity of the fluid in pipe,the worse the pipeline damage,therefore,the density and velocity of the fluid in pipe should be generally considered when pipeline is designed.Finally,some advice for the earthquake resistance of the fluid-conveying pipeline is proposed.
