重庆武隆羊角镇工程地质环境初步研究

摘要
重庆武隆羊角镇的区域地壳环境是基本稳定的。羊角镇后山大斜坡不是一个完整的崩滑堆积大斜坡,不具备大规模整体深层滑动的条件,不存在统一的大滑坡问题。长期崩滑堆积作用和持续降雨影响,斜坡区多期多区域的局部蠕动、滑移作用和零星的小规模滑坡是存在的。斜坡后部的云子山是一处构造单斜山经长期侵蚀后的"残留峰",不是基岩滑动、变位岩体或滑裂岩体问题。羊角镇的地质危险主要来自南山危岩的变形开裂和崩塌,其引发因素主要是南山陡崖下长期开采煤矿、硫铁矿形成的采空区。危岩体目前主要表现小规模危岩崩塌,在停止继续采矿或没有地震、强烈暴雨等外力干扰下,近期可能不会产生大规模崩塌。羊角区域地质安全对策包括停止南山陡崖带下的采矿活动,开展监测预警和群测群防,主动清除危石或危岩,加固云子山体,搬迁避让危险区段的居民等。羊角斜坡区应停止新的工程建设活动,对已有居民点和工程设施实施地质灾害风险管理。
It is stable in which the regional crustal environment is around Yangjiao town in Wulong County of Chongqing Municipality.The large slope in the back hill of Yangjiao town is not a integrated in historical rockfalls and landslide process,not to be of conditions in sliding deeply and no unitive in whole,but it is existent in which occur creepages,slippages and little landslides partly caused by lasting raining.Yunzishan in southern end of the slope is a residual peak what results from a monoclinal mountain eroded in geological process,but not bedrock sliding,rockmass movement or fractured rockmass induced by its self-sliding.Geo-hazards in Yangjiao town are mainly hazardous rockmass cracks,deformations and rockfalls induced by mined out area which are derive from long period of exploitation for coal or sulfur and iron ores along southern high cliffs.At present,many little scale of rockfalls often occur,but a large rockmass movement would not happen unless keep on mining,strong earthquake or intense rainstorm.So,the right countermeasures for geological safety to Yangjiao town would include stop mining under cliff of southern mountain,clean up hazardous rockmass,reinforce Yunzi peak,evacuate resident,implement early warning on geo-hazards,prohibit new engineering construction and put in risk managements.
