摘要

针对地震速报时间误差带来的问题,提出解决问题的重要性,分析时间获取的途径和原理,通过C++提供的SOCKET套接字及其函数,结合地震数据采集器协议,提供实例方案,最终达到应用效果。
Time error is a vial factor in the fast determination of earthquake parameters.Here we pose this serious question and give a method to get rid of it.After analysis of the way and principle of access time,we post a example solution under the help of C++ language which provide the socket protocol and its functions and under the help of seismic data acquisition unit protocol which provide the data format.Ultimately,our software achievs the application effect.
