基于遥感与GIS的堰塞湖库区淹没分析与灾害评估

摘要
介绍了以遥感与GIS作为数据获取与分析处理的技术手段,研究堰塞湖的库区淹没分析与灾害评估方法。利用遥感获取堰塞湖库区淹没影响区域的城镇居民地等土地利用信息,并动态获取堰塞湖库区的淹没状况;结合高精度DEM数据,在三维GIS平台上分析堰塞湖上游汇水流域范围。利用实时降雨等数据和库区回水计算模型,动态计算堰塞湖库区的库容、回水范围、库区的淹没状况;在GIS平台上评估淹没区的灾害状况。用"5.12"地震唐家山堰塞湖的库区淹没分析和灾害评估为例实证了本文提出的技术方法。
Taking remote sensing and GIS as the technical methods for the acquisition,analysis and treatment of the related data,the methods of both the analysis of submergence and the disaster assessment on landslide-dammed lake reservoir area are studied herein.Based on the land-use information of the urban residential areas affected by the submerged area of the landslide-dammed lake reservoir area obtained with remote sensing,the status of submerged area of the lake is dynamically acquired,and then the upstream water catchment area of the lake is analyzed on 3D GIS platform in combination of high resolution DEM data.Furthermore,the reservoir capacity,backwater area and submerged status of the lake are dynamically calculated with the data of real-time precipitation and the calculation model for the backwater of reservoir area and the situation of disaster is assessed on GIS platform as well.The technical methods given herein are demonstrated by the analysis of submergence and the disaster assessment made on the reservoir area of Tangjiashan Landslide-dammed Lake created in "5.12" Earthquake.
