428XL系统死机故障分析与排解方法

摘要

在大港探区新港Ⅰ期三维地震勘探中,428XL系统频繁出现了死机现象,如开机后仪器无故停止执行各项操作、放炮时系统操作窗口跳出软件错误信息、窗口之间可相互切换但软件却无法执行操作命令、采集数据流程被中断等。根据现场采取的降低系统软件版本等应急措施所呈现的效果及对428XL死机现象分析,认定这类故障是由于软件的兼容性存在问题所致。据此提出了使用超级排列、现场降级系统软件版本及强行中断server运行等方法,以解决428XL系统死机故障。
During 3D seismic prospecting in the Xingang first stage prospecting of Dagang prospecting area,the 428XL system has experienced frequent halts,such as stay of instrument execution with no reason after logging on,software error messages kicking on the system operation panel,switching between windows available but operating command cannot be executed,data acquisition process interruption etc.According to on site emergency measures of software version degradation effects and halting phenomena analysis,cognized that the halting is caused by software compatibility.For the reason giving above,measures of super spread geometry,on site degradation of system software version and forced server operation interruption are used to settle 428XL system halting.
