SNFS高性能共享文件系统在集群系统中的应用

摘要
地震处理技术是油气田勘探的核心手段,在油气勘探部署中发挥重要作用。随着石油地震处理高性能集群计算的引进和地球物理数据大规模增长,集群系统I/O数据传输能力成为影响集群高性能计算的主要瓶颈,本文简要介绍集群系统I/O和现有商业并行文件系统,重点阐述了SNFS高性能共享文件系统在集群地震处理中的应用和工作原理,并与传统网络文件系统NFS方式进行了性能测试,提出SNFS高性能共享文件系统能够满足石油行业集群地震并行处理应用。
Seismic processing technology is the core means of oil and gas field exploration,which plays an important role in oil and gas exploration deployment.With introduction of high performance cluster calculation in seismic processing and large increase of geophysical data,I/O data transmission capacity of the cluster system becomes the main bottle neck which affects clustering high performance calculation.The paper introduces the cluster system I/O and the existing commercial parallel file system.It formulates the application of SNFS high performance shared-file system in cluster seismic processing and the operating principle.It also presents perfrmance test of the conventional network file system NFS mode and proposes that SNFS high performance shared-file system can meet the requirement of cluster seismic parallel processing in petroleum industry.
