NGA模型概述及其在中国适用性的初步探讨

摘要
该文旨在介绍美国下一代衰减关系(NGA)的技术要点和模型建立过程,重点讨论NGA模型对汶川地震的预测值和观测值的比较。通过对Mw7.9级汶川地震的断层距200km以内的基岩场地的地震动参数与NGA模型的预测值进行比较,结果表明:在反应谱短周期段(T<0.5s),观测值比NGA模型预测值略大;而在长周期段(T>1s),NGA模型预测值偏大(预测值与观测值的比值可达3~4)。最后探讨建立中国新一代地震动衰减关系的发展前景和面临的困难。
The technical background,modeling process and the key characteristics of Next Generation Attenuation(NGA) project is overviewed to discuss its applicability to the Chinese ground motions.Ground motions recorded at distance less than 200km on rock site from Wenchuan earthquake are compared with predicted parameters from NGA models.Preliminary results indicate that,Wenchuan earthquake produced slightly higher ground motions than the predicted ones at short periods(T<0.5s);but heavily smaller(a spectral ratio of about 3~4) ground motions at long periods(T>1s).Additionally,an outlook for Chinese future new generation attenuation relationship is given to discuss the necessity,possibility and challenges.
