伊拉克Missan项目雷区作业风险管理

摘要
伊拉克南部Missan三维地震项目是2012-2013年度BGP国际部的重点项目,工区内大量的地雷和未爆军火给三维地震采集带来了巨大的挑战和安全隐患。BGP8637队在执行项目过程中,在通过多种渠道了解雷区信息的基础上,充分评估雷区地震作业安全风险,群策群力,实践并总结了一套雷区作业安全管理和风险控制程序,并在实际生产中严格遵守和执行,保障了三维地震项目的顺利安全完成。在充分总结本项目雷区作业风险评估的基础上,重点阐述了雷区地震作业安全管理和风险控制措施,希望能对类似区域的地震作业提供全面的参考。
The Missan three-dimensional seismic survey project,a major project of BGP international department during 2012 ~ 2013,faces serious potential safety problems induced by a large number of mines and unexploded ordnance in work area. Based on the minefield information from different sources,the safety risk of seismic survey operation in minefield is fully assessed by the BGP Crew 8637. And then,a set of safety management and risk control procedure are proposed and applied to production process to ensure the security of the 3-D seismic project.Fully summarizing the safety risk assessment and risk control measures of operation in minefield area,this article provide some valuable experience about work safety in minefield area or in other dangerous areas.
