关于偏岭“宏观事件”的调查与落实引发的思考

摘要
地震前兆的观察和监测仍是地震短临预报的重要手段。地震宏观前兆异常具有独特的映震特征,在地震预报中起到重要的作用。然而无论是动物行为异常,还是地下水的大幅度升降变化以及其他种类的异常,也存在着与地震无关的其他原因。因此正确鉴别认定或排查落实宏观异常,才能起到对地震预报应有的作用。
The earthquake precursor observation and monitoring is still an important method to short-term and impending prediction of earthquake. Macroscopic earthquake precursor anomaly has unique reflect characteristic, play an important role in earthquake prediction. Whether animal behavior, however, or a major changes in groundwater and other types of exceptions, there are also other reasons unrelated to the earthquake. So the correct identity verification or troubleshoot to carry out the macroscopic anomalies, can play a proper role of earthquake prediction.
