摘要

介绍了厦门市地震应急现场指挥所在现场通讯网络、现场灾情采集与传输系统、现场办公指挥系统、现场指挥软件和现场后勤保障系统5个方面的建设情况,并对其中存在的问题进行讨论。
In this paper,a brief introduction is given to the project of earthquake emergency spot command post in Xiamen.The project consists of five parts: communication networks,the system for the acquisition and transmission of disaster condition,office and command system,command software,the system of logistic supplies.The flaw of this project is also discussed.
