地震模拟振动台静力平衡装置的特性分析

摘要
我国自行研制的三向大型地震模拟振动台采用蓄能器加平衡缸,即蓄能器液压缸系统作为重力平衡装置。这种系统的研究一般仅把蓄能器看成—气体弹簧,没有考虑气体与环境热交换而产生的能量损失。用热时间常数描述气体与环境间的热交换特性是非常适合的。本文考虑容腔内油的压缩性,在线性范围内,对滞弹性模型(Anelastic Model)进行了修正,并以仿真和实验的方法对蓄能器液压缸系统的特性进行了分析。
The hydraulic motor-accumulator system is employed as a gravity balance element in the Large Scale 3-Dimension and 6 Freedom Seismic Simulating Apparatus designed by Institute of Engineering Mechanics. In the study of the hydraulic motor-accumulator system,it is generally simplified as a gas springs,instead of taking the energy loss caused by heat transfer between the charge gas and the accumulator walls into account. The thermal time constant can properly char-acterze the heat transfer. In this paper ,considering the compressibility of the hydraulic oil in the motor,the anelastic model is modified,and the characteristics of the hydraulic motor-accumulator system are analyzed with simulation and experiment.
