地震速报灾情信息过滤与推漫方法研究——以芦山7.0级地震为例

摘要
提出了一种基于公众速报灾情信息的地震灾情过滤与推漫方法,为有效利用震后短期内汇集的灾情信息提供一种思路。利用所提方法对芦山地震微博速报灾情信息插值结果表明,微博速报灾情信息插值推漫的灾情范围基本能够控制灾区大致范围,并快速判定灾害程度,但在局部地区会存在一定的偏差。
A filtering and deductive method of earthquake disaster situation based on rapidly information reported by public was proposed. The method offers a thinking for effective usage of disaster situation information collected in short-term after earthquake. The interpolating results of micro-blog rapidly reported disaster information of Lushan earthquake show that the range and severity degree of disaster situation interpolated and deducted using micro-blog rapidly reported disaster situation is consistant with the actual ones basiclly,but have certain errors in local area.
