摘要

1992年以来,我国经国务院批准颁布施行《中国地震烈度区划图(1990)》,此图为各地建设和规划提供了地震基本烈度。该文介绍了该区划图的使用及淮阴市工程抗震设防的情况,包括:《中国地震烈度区划图(1990)》使用原则及应注意的问题,淮阴市工程项目设防情况,抗震设防存在问题的原因等。
The Seismic Intensity Regionalization Map of China(1990), which provides basic seismic intensi ties for construction and planning in various areas of China, was approved to be implemented since 1992. In this paper, the author gives a description of the use of the regionalization map and the condi tions of antiseismic engineering in Huaiyin City, including: the principles of use of the Seismic Intensity Regionalization Map of China(1990) and the problems deserving attention, the earthquake preparedness and resistance of engineering projects in Huaiyin City, and the reasons for the problems existing in earthquake preparedness and resistance work.
