摘要

在提出极值分布区间估计理论和方法的基础上，讨论了地震预报中的区间估计问题。文中以年最大地震震级分布服从Ⅲ型极值分布为例，介绍了区间估计在地震预报中的应用
The problem of interval estimation of earthquake prediction is discussed, based on the theory and method of interval estimation of extremum distribution.Taking the magnitude distribution of yearly extremum earthquake subject to third type of extremum distribution, application of interval estimation to earthquake prediction is introduced.
