地震灾情网络媒体获取与处理模型

摘要
互联网作为信息的广泛载体,已经成为人们生活中不可缺少的部分。提出了一种基于互联网的主动获取信息模型——基于互联网发布信息的地震灾情信息的获取、处理方法以及实现技术的研究,并就其中涉及的网络搜索技术、文档摘要技术、文本信息空间化处理技术等关键技术进行了探讨。其研究内容为地震灾情的快速获取提供了一种新的方法,也为相关行业的信息快速获取与处理提供了一定的借鉴思路。
As an extensive carrier of information,Internet has become an extremely important part of our life.This paper proposed an active information acquisition model focusing on acquisition,processing and implementation technique of earthquake disaster information based on news published in Internet.In addition,key technologies referring to the internet search,document Abstract,spatial processing of text information,and so on,were discussed.The study provides a new method for fast acquiring information of earthquake disaster situation,and a new thought about information fast acquisition and processing for other relative industries.
