摘要

地震监测环境保护问题,一直是影响台站观测质量的重要因素。本文联系江苏省淮安地震台保护地震监测环境的实践,论述了有关法律、法规为地震监测环境保护提供了强有力保障的意义;地震台站积极宣传地震监测环境保护的重要性;以及依靠当地政府及其管理部门共同做好地震监测环境保护工作的必要性。同时,针对保护地震监测环境中遇到的问题,提出了几点建议。
Seismic observation environment protection has been existing as a major problem that affects the observation quality at the stations. This paper, based on the practice of measures taken to protect seismic observation environment at Huai’an Seismic Station of Jiangsu province, elaborates on the significance of the relevant laws and regulations, the importance of the active publicity to seismic observation environment protection by seismic stations and the demand for a better cooperation from the local governments in the seismic observation environment protection work. Solutions are as well proposed to the problems encountered.
