“5·12”地震给水电工程建设的启示

摘要
"5·12"汶川大地震给地震区的水电工程造成了不同程度的破坏,为总结水电工程的震损特点和抗震经验,做好震后恢复建设,通过调查分析认为:水电站工程的大坝均经受了强震的考验,大体积混凝土结构的震损现象很少,经处理后的坝肩抗力体及工程边坡震损较少,地下建筑物的震损轻微,地震次生灾害对建筑物的破坏有较大影响,以梁、柱、墙结构为主的附属建筑物,震损较多。这些震损特点和经验将对地震区水电工程的建设带来有益的启示。
Wenchuan Earthquake resulted in damages of varied degree to hydropower complex.In order to carry out post-disaster construction,damages of dams and experiences of anti-earthquake are summarized.According to investigation,not many damages occurred in concrete structures of dams and anti-sliding bodies of dam abutment.Damage of underground structures are also few.However,secondary disasters caused more damages on concrete structures,and especially beam-column and walls.The accumulated experience is beneficial for future construction of hydropower project in earthquake-prone areas.
