对我国西部地区地震预报对策和发展战略的讨论

摘要
根据多年来对我国地震预报水平现状和城市地震灾害特征研究 ,对我国西部震情长趋势判定及对我国西部特殊历史和现实地位的认识 ,提出我国西部地区地震预报对策和发展战略应采取“把握地震大形势 ,突出重点地区 ,以 7级以上地震的预报为重点 ,狠抓包括短临预报在内的地震孕育各阶段的预报 ,为实现地震预报敢于创新争先”。
According to study of earthquake prediction status and cities'earthquake disaster features,to long-term tendency judgement of earthquake situation and to understanding of special history and real position in the west area of China,the counteameasures and developmental strategy of earthquake prediction in the west area of China are put forward in this paper.Namely,holding main tendency of earthquake and protruding important regions should be major points of earthquake prediction with M≥7.0,and we should seize earthquake prediction in each stage of earthquake pregnancy,blazing new trails for achieving earthquake prediction.
