HAZ-China地震灾害损失评估系统研究

摘要
HAZ-China地震灾害损失评估系统(HAZards China,以下简称HAZ-China系统)主要以中国大陆地区为研究对象,针对不同的用户可以提供震前、震时、震后的综合地震信息服务。通过对我国的地震背景、国内外研究现状和业务需求等方面的综合分析,提出HAZ-China系统的总体业务功能和实现思路,并介绍系统总体架构设计、业务逻辑和流程设计、数据流程设计、系统功能模块设计、数据结构设计等,最后,提出基于云计算平台的HAZ-China地震灾害损失评估系统的构想。HAZ-China系统采用面向服务架构(Service-oriented Architecture,SOA)思想和企业服务总线(Enterprise Service Bus,ESB)技术,B/S开发模式,系统开发采用WebGIS技术,数据库采用Oracle平台,功能模块开发采用组件式模块化设计。该系统的建立将进一步有效整合地震系统资源,为我国城市防震减灾规划和地震应急指挥提供基础数据和依据,进一步提升我国防震减灾公共服务水平。
HAZ-China earthquake disaster loss estimation system(HAZards China,hereinafter referred to as HAZ-China system) has developing a nationally applicable methodology for mainly estimating potential earthquake losses in mainland China.It will provide the comprehensive information services during different time of pre-,during,and post-earthquake to meet the needs of a variety of different users and applications.The earthquake background in China,review on the research status,earthquake industry status and business requirement are firstly analyzed,and then the overall business function and implementation approach of HAZ-China system are put forward in this article.In addition,the hardware platform,overall system framework design,business logic and process design,data process design,system function module design,data structure design and interface design are introduced,respectively.Finally,the paper puts forward the ideas of HAZ-China earthquake loss estimation system based on cloud computing platform.The service-oriented architecture(SOA) approach,Enterprise Service Bus(ESB) technology,B / S development model,WebGIS technology,Oracle database platform are employed.Moreover,the plug-in component design is applied in the development of system functional module.The establishment of the HAZ-China system will further effectively integrate earthquake system resources,actively promote the construction of earthquake protection and disaster mitigation capacity,enhance our ability to deal with sudden earthquake,and further improve the level of public service of earthquake protection and disaster mitigation in China.
