关于地震前后地气耦合系统的探讨

摘要
地震预测一直是地质学界的一个难题,通常只从地质学单方面来研究地震问题.地球是一个系统,单从地球内部寻求和解释地震问题,很难从整体上研究地球系统内部的物质转换、能量传输、信息交流,而这些物质、能量、信息最终又通过地表物质等媒介传入大气,大气又通过地表物质将其物质、能量、信息传入地球内部.在物质、能量、信息的传输过程中,通过地表温度的变化与地球内能释放的模糊函数分析进行地震的长期预测,通过地表物质、能量、信息传输媒介的模糊函数分析作中期地震预测研究,通过地震云和未来震中周边的晴天突然降水做震前预测和预报.
The prediction of the earthquake has always been a difficult problem for the field of the geology,it is usually studied only from the geology,but the earth is a system,the seismic issues are studied and interpreted from earth's interior,which is difficult to study the conversion of material,the transmission of energy,the exchange of information in the earth's interior.Material conversion,energy transmission and information exchange of the earth arrive in atmosphere by the surface material of the earth.The fuzzy function analysis is used to predict the earthquake from the surface temperature of the earth and the release of the internal energy for a long term,in the course of the conversion of material,the transmission of energy,the exchange of information,and the earthquake through the fuzzy function analysis about the transmission media is used to predict the earthquake for a medium range forecast term,it can be used to predict the earthquake in a minute from the earthquake clouds and the rains around the epicenter.
