公元前464年斯巴达地震为何拒绝雅典援助

摘要
雅典和斯巴达从希波战争中的盟友到伯罗奔尼撒战争中的兵戎相见,是公元前5世纪希腊城邦国际关系史中最重要的事件。而发生在公元前464年的斯巴达地震则是影响斯巴达与雅典国际关系的重大事件,这是斯巴达与雅典第一次公开冲突的起因,而斯巴达监察官与国王之间的矛盾则是导致这次公开冲突的最主要原因。
The most important event in the history of the international relations among Greek poleis in the 5th century is the relation between Athens and Sparta that the allies in The War between Greece and Persia turn to be enemies in Peloponnesian War.However,the significant event to influence the relation between Athens and Sparta is the earthquake in Sparta in 464 BC.It is the cause to provoke the first open conflict between them,and the contradiction between the supervisors and king of Sparta is the main cause.
