摘要

总结了日本、美国以及相关国家的震后重建经验,分析了国外先进的技术和管理手段,提出了我国地震后开展重建工作的若干建议,在此基础上还应尊重当地的文化特色和地域特征,从而建设更加舒适、美观、抗震性能良好的居住环境。
The paper sums up some relative experiences of the reconstruction projects in Japan,America and other countries after earthquakes,analyzes some advanced technology and management measures in foreign countries,points out some suggestions for the reconstruction project after earthquake.Besides,the cultural characteristics of the local regions and geographical features should also be respected in order to construct a more comfortable,beautiful residential environment with better anti-earthquake performance.
