摘要

干旱是“地表皮肤病”,地震则是这种“皮肤病”的根源 ;水在地震中起催化剂的作用 ;干旱、洪涝、地震三种灾害是相互联系的。
Drought is "the dermatosis of the earth's surface",whose root is earthquake.Water functions as a catalyst in the process of the formation and development of earthquake;Drought,waterlogging and earthquake are closely interrelated.
