摘要

开展汶川大地震对阿坝州地震灾区资源环境的影响分析,充分考虑灾区生态功能的重要性、生态系统脆弱性、环境容量、区域产业结构和污染物排放特征,以及地震对区域资源、生态环境、次生山地灾害等的影响,科学评估灾区资源环境承载力,为后续重建提供决策依据。经评估,地震灾区的土地资源承载力最差,对灾后重建规划布局制约大。
The influence of Wenchuan earthquake on the resource environment of the earthquake disaster area in ABa Prefecture is analyzed.The importance of the ecological function of the disaster area,the frangibility of the ecological system,environmental capacity,regional industrial structure and pollutants emission features,as well as the influence of the earthquake upon the regional resources,ecological environment,secondary mountainous disaster etc.are comprehensively considered.The resource environmental bearing-capacity of the disaster area is scientifically evaluated,which provides the basis for future reconstruction.The evaluation results show that the land resource bearing-capacity of the earthquake disaster area is very poor so as to greatly restrict the planning layout of the reconstruction.
