地震经济损失评估之装修破坏损失比厘定研究

摘要
随着经济的发展,建筑装修损失占地震总损失的比重越来越大,对于大中城市装修损失的评估越来越引起人们的重视,而损失比是地震经济损失评估中非常关键的参数。本文在对损失比的概念及其国内外研究现状综合分析的基础上,采用现场抽样与专家咨询(Delphi法)相结合的方法,通过加权统计给出了不同结构类型、不同使用功能的建筑装修震害损失比取值范围。最后,将本文给出的取值范围与其它文献取值进行了对比分析,结果表明:在相同破坏等级下,装修破坏损失比要高于主体结构损失比,且在中等破坏及以上破坏等级下,前者要远大于后者。
With the economic development,the proportion of building decoration loss to total loss is increased significantly.Therefore,the loss assessment of building decoration is given more and more attention for large cities.Loss Ratio(LR) is a very critical parameter in earthquake damage loss assessment.In this paper,loss ratios for different structure types and uses are given by the survey on the basis of analyzing definition and correlated studies both at home and abroad.The survey was performed through sampling randomly on site and expert questionnaire(Delphi method),and the data was analyzed by the weighted statistics.Finally,comparison loss ratios presented in this paper with others shows that decoration loss ratio is higher than that of the main structure under the same damage grade.Moreover,decoration loss is much higher than earthquake loss when damage grade is above moderate.
