地震现场搜救力量部署模型研究

摘要
从搜救力量部署模型的原理出发,分别建立了区域搜救力量部署模型和局部搜救力量部署模型,并以汶川地震为背景,依托地震现场救援行动跟踪与监控软件,制作了区域搜救初次部署图、区域搜救自动部署图、局部搜索力量部署图以及局部营救力量部署图。结果表明,所提模型可供地震灾害救援现场的指挥和力量部署参考。
From the principle of search and rescue force deployment model,this paper established regional and local search and rescue forces deployment models,respectively.In the background of the Wenchuan earthquake,and based on post-earthquake field search and rescue operations tracking and monitoring software,the paper produced primary regional search and rescue deployment diagram,automatic regional search and rescue deployment diagram,local search forces deployment diagram,as well as local rescue forces deployment diagram.Results show that,these presented models could give a reference to command and force deployment on earthquake disaster rescue field.
