预应力拉杆结构在机场登机桥上的应用

摘要
机场登机桥的玻璃侧壁通常采用同向或反向单斜杆焊接结构,预应力交叉斜拉杆玻璃侧壁则是一种新颖的设计技术,以其结构轻巧、通透性好、外观精致.然而,相关规范对于预应力大小的施加并没有明确规定.采用数值模拟方法,分析斜拉杆在服务工况下的受力以确定其预应力大小以及材料,在此基础上对拉杆尺寸进行优化,并降低了预应力大小和对材料性能的要求.
Normally the glass side-wall of tunnels is designed as single decline beam with align and antialign.It is new solution and design for the pre-stress rods as cross-beam adapted to glass side-wall.The advancement of pre-stress rod fabrication is made the tunnel structure to be light more,transparent and good appearance.However,the relevant specification for the prestressing did not make clear a regulation.FE simulation was conducted to determine the materia and the prestressing by the analysis of pre-stress rod under service conditions.The rod size was optimized,the prestressing and material performance requirements was redunced on this basis,which provieds guidance for its engineering application.
