公路桥梁超限车辆通行安全评价系统的开发与应用

摘要
我国车辆的大型化、拖挂化和集装箱化的发展 ,使公路超限运输车辆越来越多 ,越来越严重地损坏着我国的公路桥梁设施。为保障桥梁的安全性 ,要求有一种快速判断的评价系统 ,迅速判断结果 ,指导路政管理。对影响桥梁承载能力的因素进行了全面的分析 ,充分发掘了桥梁的承载潜力 ,通过综合确定桥梁承载力及考虑超限车辆的通行方式和特点 ,能够更科学、更准确地评定桥梁在超限车辆荷载下的安全状况。使用 Microsoft VB6 .0编程语言开发了大型桌面应用程序《公路桥梁超限车辆通行安全评价系统》Brisafety4 .0 ,使整个评价过程完全程序化、自动化 ,并能给出详细数据、图形结果及具体加固处理方案
With the development of the vehicle tending to the larger mass and container, there are more and more extra heavy vehicle in ours country, while the road and bridge facilities are damaged seriously. In order to guarantee the safety of the bridges, a evaluating system that can judge and give the result is needed. The factors that effect the bearing capacity of bridge and developed the potential bearing capacity of bridge are analyzed comprehensively. Through ensuring the bearing capacity synthetically and taking into account the style and specialty of extra heavy vehicle passing the bridge, the safety quality of bridge bearing the extra heavy vehicle can be evaluated more correctly. The research team developed the desk application program, the system evaluating the safety quality of extra heavy vehicle passing the road bridge called Brisafety4.0 which makes the evaluating routinely and automatically, provides the data or graph result and the plan firming the bridge.
