基于连通管原理的桥梁挠度自动监测系统

摘要
基于连通管原理,采用电感调频液位传感器、RS-485通讯技术、光纤通讯技术和计算机技术,设计了一种桥梁挠度自动监测系统,能够对桥梁挠度进行远程自动监测,且不受人为因数和环境影响.系统于2004年初安装于洞庭湖大桥,工程应用表明系统稳定可靠,挠度测量结果的相对误差小于5%,能有效用于桥梁挠度的长期监测.
Based on the communicating pipe principle,and using the frequency-modulated inductance liquid-level sensor,RS-485 bus,fiber optical communication and computer,an auto-monitoring system of bridge deflection was designed,which realized remote and auto measurement.In addition,it was not affected by the surroundings and human factors.This system has been applied to Dongting Lake Bridge from the beginning of 2004,and the deflection relative error was less than 5%.It has been shown that such a system is feasible and stable.
