新型轻轨车辆钢套橡胶轮轮缘大变形分析

摘要
基于橡胶大变形增量本构方程,构造了一个能较好地反映轮缘几何大变形特征的T.L.格式曲壳块体单元.在此基础上,根据Hertz弹性理论计算出轮缘接触面应力,由接触应力作为外荷载,进行钢套橡胶轮轮缘的大变形分析.通过在轴重荷载作用下的算例分析及小比例模型试验,验证了该方法的有效性.
On the basis of the large deformation constitutive laws of rubber materials,a proper curved shell block element that can reflect properly steel tyre rubber rim is created by T.L. format of FEM. The contact pressure of rubber rim is calculated according to Hertz theory of elasticity,and then the large deformation analysis of the rubber rim is obtained. The effectiveness of this method is verified by the results of examples and small scale model experimental results.
