摘要

编制玉树县城灾后重建规划,必须对县城能否在结古镇原址重建进行论证,并将影响县城安全的因素作为灾后重建规划的限制条件。文章在搜集资料、现场地质调查的基础上,论述了玉树县区域地震构造条件、工程地质条件、水文地质条件、不良地质作用与地质灾害,研究了活动断裂、地质灾害对县城安全、灾后重建布局的影响,提出了活动断裂、地质灾害的防治措施建议。
The feasibility of rebuilding on Jiegu town is the base and limiting condition of Yushu rebuilding main planning.This paper based on collecting and analyse existing data,geological investigation,expounded the earthquake construction condition,engineering geology condition,hydrological geology condition,Adverse geologic actions and geological disaster of Yushu county,researched the effect of active fault and geological disaster made to Yushu rebuilding main planning,put forward the preventing and processing countermeasure of active fault and geological disaster.
