弹性通舱管件的工艺性能分析

摘要
为了实现弹性通舱管件的上船安装,在对其进行静变形分析、密封性试验、过流件的液压强度试验、200万次疲劳性能试验以及隔振性能台架试验基础上,对其进一步开展了弹性通舱管件制作的工艺性能和安装偏差对隔振性能的影响研究.通过工艺性能研究,制订了橡胶块的硫化制作工艺流程和硫化工艺参数,并对制作环境提出了要求;同时对弹性通舱管件安装偏差下,在激励频率为0Hz~500Hz范围的隔振性能作了仿真分析,发现在轴向位移为3mm时和倾斜角为7o时,对插入损失影响很小,其隔振性能良好.
In order to a pipe element passing through the bulkhead with elasticity can mount in a ship, it is studied that influence for vibration isolations be produced by the technology parameters and deviations in the mounting.The technological process, the technology parameters on vulcanized rubber and the requirement for the manufacture site worked.The vibration isolation of a pipe element passing through the bulkhead with elasticity for excitation frequency within 0Hz~500Hz, it is with deviations in the mounting, is analyzed by FEM.The results indicate that the influence for the insert loss is small, while the axial displacement is 3mm and the slope angle is 7o, thereof vibration isolation of a pipe element passing through the bulkhead with elasticity is very good.
