浅析桥梁灌注桩的施工质量控制与检测

摘要
该文指出:据统计分析,目前公路桥梁的下部结构基础施工中,大部分采用的是桩基础。桩基是一种极为有效、安全可靠的基础形式,能将上部结构荷载有效地传递到深层稳定的土层中,在很多程度上减少基础沉降。但是桩基础的施工,通常是在地面下或水下进行施工的,施工的工序比较复杂,质量控制难度比较大,稍有不慎易产生断桩等严重缺陷。因此,对桥梁桩基础的施工管理与质量检测就显得非常重要。
According to statistical analysis of the substructure foundation construction of roads and bridges,the pile foundation is mostly used now.Pile foundation is an extremely effective,safe and reliable form of foundation,which can effectively transmit the load of the upper structure into the deep and stable soil layer and reduce the foundation settlement to a great extent.But the pile foundation is usually constructed under the ground or underwater,its construction procedure is more complex,its quality control is more difficult,and the pile breaking is early caused.Therefore,the construction management and quality inspection testing of bridge pile foundation is very important.
