轻轨U形梁支座静载及疲劳特性研究

摘要
利用设计的静载及疲劳试验系统,以某型橡胶抗震盆式支座为试验对象进行50万次疲劳加载循环试验及静载试验,对支座在不同疲劳加载循环次数下的竖向压缩变形、盆环径向变形、支座摩擦系数、支座竖向刚度等特征参数以及试验系统各部分温度进行测试,以确定支座的静载特性及疲劳特性。试验测试结果表明,该型抗震支座在经历50万次疲劳加载循环后各项特征参数均满足规范要求,且具有良好的静载力学特性及疲劳特性。试验过程中系统运行正常,未见异常升温及噪声异响。
By using a test system designed for static load and fatigue load experiments,the characteristic parameters of a certain type of pot rubber bearing,such as vertical compression deformation,circular and radial deformation of the pot,friction factor of bearing,vertical rigidity,as well as the temperature of every part of the system are tested under different cycle-index of fatigue load.Based on the tests,static load properties and fatigue properties of this type of seismic bearing are studied.After 500,000 times of fatigue load cycles,the tests show that these properties of the bearing can meet the requirements of the standards,and that this type of bearing has some advantages in static mechanical property as well as fatigue property.In the experiment process,this system operated normally and no abnormal temperature rise was detected,nor the abnormal sound.
