高速铁路路基工程岩溶注浆效果无损检测评估方法研究

摘要
以京沪高速铁路山东段岩溶区路基处理为依托,研究探地雷达无损检测技术应用和判识指标特征。通过理论分析和测试,研究确定试验段岩溶化岩体和覆盖土层探地雷达测试需求参数;确定针对具体试验点雷达频率选取。应用有限元数值分析方法,研究典型溶洞和地层特征。选择典型岩溶进行现场模拟注浆试验,研究注浆前后典型岩溶雷达图像特征。在高速铁路注浆施工现场选择典型地段,结合钻孔勘查,分别应用不同频率雷达,以测线和测网方式,进行岩溶注浆效果雷达图像判识试验。综合试验和分析结果,给出岩溶注浆效果探地雷达无损检测判识特征指标表。
Subgrade treatment of the Tengzhou Section of the Beijing-Shanghai High-speed Railway in the karst region was made a sample in studying the application method and criterion features of the ground penetrating radar nondestructive testing technique.Combining theoretical analysis with site testing,the parameters required by ground penetrating radar testing in karst rockmass and covering soil layer where determined.The ground penetrating radar frequencies were selected corresponding to specific testing points.The finite element method was used to simulate the typical features of karst caves and strata.Field tests were done to simulate grouting in selected typical karst caves.The ground penetrating radar image features before and after grouting were studied.Selecting a typical section of area on the grouting construction site,applying ground penetrating radars at different frequencies in the two ways of line survey and net survey in combination with drilling testing,ground penetrating radar image discriminating tests were done to analyze the grouting effect.Through comprehensive analysis on the testing and simulation results,the table of features of ground penetrating radar nondestructive testing was given for evaluation of karst grouting effect.
