永磁式调谐质量阻尼器参数研究

摘要
为定量地对永磁式调谐质量阻尼器诸多参数进行设计,从电磁感应最基本的原理出发,运用理论推导,针对永磁式调谐质量阻尼器的减振模型建立了阻尼比和电、磁之间的解析表达式。分析结果表明:阻尼比与磁场强度的二次方、金属导体板厚度的二次方、磁体在质量运动垂直方向的长度成正比,与金属板的电导率成反比,另外阻尼比随着磁体和金属板的间距增加而迅速衰减。根据理论成果搭建了试验平台,得到实测阻尼比及其变化趋势和理论保持一致。
In order to design the parameters of the permanent magnet tuned mass damper in quantity,based on the basic principle of the electromagnetic induction,the analytical expression of the damping ratio and electron and magnet was established in the light of the damping model of the permanent magnet tuned mass damper,using theoretical derivation.The results of the analysis showed that the damping ratio was directly proportional to the square of the magnetic intensity,the square of the thickness of the metal conductor and the length of the magnet in the vertical direction of the quality movement,but inversely proportional to the electrical conductivity of the metal conductor;in addition,the damping ratio rapidly attenuated as the spacing between the magnet and the metal conductor increased.In accordance with the theoretical achievements,the testing platform was set up,and the measured damping ratio and its changing trend were found consistent to the theoretical calculation values.
