桥梁板式橡胶支座酸腐蚀寿命时变可靠性研究

摘要
桥梁板式橡胶支座容易受到酸雨的影响,为了研究板式橡胶支座经过酸腐蚀后的力学性能情况,采用3.0%的硫酸溶液对公路桥梁橡胶支座分别进行20 d、40 d、60 d和80 d的酸腐蚀处理,并进行轴心受压试验研究。结合橡胶支座酸腐蚀损伤失效过程,建立了桥梁板式橡胶支座的酸腐蚀损伤时变可靠度计算模型。结果表明,随着时间的推移,桥梁板式橡胶支座的酸腐蚀损伤时变可靠指标逐渐变小,变化趋势呈抛物线型。通过模型可预测桥梁板式橡胶支座的酸腐蚀寿命,为板式橡胶支座的酸腐蚀损伤计算提供依据,为维护部门提供决策依据,降低失效风险。
Plain rubber bearings are more vulnerable to corrosion of acid precipitation.In order to research on the mechanics performance of plain rubber bearings of bridge under different acid corrosion condition,the rubber bearings were dealt with 3.0% sulfuric acid for 20 d,40 d,60 d and 80 d,and the compressive behavior of those were tested with pressure testing machine.By studying relationship of rate of strength loss and acid numbers,it was founded that calculating damaging model of laminated rubber bearings of bridge based on time-depending reliability under action of acid corrosion.It was shown that time-depending reliability index of laminated rubber bearings of bridge in acid corrosion was gradually changing smaller,with time going by,and changing tendency was parabola.Though model,the acid corrosion life of the laminated rubber bearings of bridge can be predicted.It is supplied basis of acid corrosion damaging calculation for the laminated rubber bearings of bridge,reduce losing risk.
