地铁屏蔽门的情感化设计研究

摘要
目的分析乘客乘坐地铁时的情绪及情感特征,运用情感化设计理论指导地铁屏蔽门的设计。方法以"情感化经济时代"为时代背景,结合国内外地铁屏蔽门的现状,论证地铁屏蔽门情感化设计的必要性;通过对乘客乘坐地铁时的情绪进行分析研究,进而运用情感化设计的3个层次理论,提出地铁屏蔽门的情感化设计建议。结果地铁屏蔽门的情感化设计可以有效地缓解人们的焦虑、抑郁等情绪,并能增强屏蔽门的易用性。结论运用情感化设计理论对地铁屏蔽门进行再设计,有助于乘客在选择地铁这一交通方式时获得更加愉悦、人性化的使用体验。
It analyzes the passengers emotion and emotional feature while they are taking the subway and use the emotional design theory to instruct the design of metro platform screen door. With "emotional economy era" as the background and doing research on present situation of domestic and foreign metro platform screen door,it demonstrated the necessity of the emotional design in metro platform screen door. In addition,according to the analysis of passengers emotions,it put forward the proposal for the emotional design in metro platform screen door by using the three hierarchy theory of emotional design. Emotional design in metro platform screen door can relieve anxiety,depression and other emotions effectively and enhance the ease of use of metro platform screen door. It can help passengers to get more pleasure and humanized experience by using the emotional design theory to instruct the design of metro platform screen door.
