不同结构类型棚洞的抗冲击性能研究

摘要
借助ANSYS/LS-DYNA有限元软件模拟棚洞结构在落石冲击荷载下的动力响应过程,通过分析比较5类棚洞结构的受力与变形的特征,研究不同结构类型的抗冲击性能。研究表明:不同结构类型棚洞在同等冲击作用下会有不同的动力响应,全拱式和半拱式棚洞的抗冲击性能比门式有优势,斜柱式比直柱式抗冲击性能好;门式和半拱式棚洞的柱体顶部内侧与顶板交接处,全拱式棚洞的拱柱底部是最大等效应力的集中部位,实际工程中可采取局部加强措施,保证结构的安全性。
In order to study rock-fall impact properties of different shed-tunnel structures,five kinds of shed-tunnel structures' models were established with the finite element software ANSYS / LS-DYNA. The distribution of force and deformation characteristics was analyzed comparatively. The results showed that different shed-tunnel structure types possess different dynamic responses under the same impact load. The comprehensive analysis of effective stress duration curves and roof displacement indicated that the impact resistances of archstyle and semi-arch-style shed-tunnel structures are better than those of gantry ones,and the impact resistances of inclined column ones are better than those of straight column ones. The maximum equivalent stress distribution showed that dangerous parts of gantry shed-tunnel structures and semi-arch ones are at the juncture between inside of column crown and roof,and those of arch shed-tunnel structures are at the bottom of arch-column,some local reinforcement measures should be adopted in practical projects in order to keep the safety of shed-tunnel structures.
