伺服电动缸模拟地震的试验研究

摘要
将交流伺服电动缸和计算机控制技术相结合,采用三参量闭环运动控制方法实现对交流伺服电动缸运动的精密控制从而实现波形模拟。根据以上方法,利用选定的交流伺服电动缸实现不同加速度等级的正弦波和地震波的模拟输出。结合相关性分析方法,从峰值加速度以及波形的相似度方面分析模拟效果。试验表明在一定的加速度范围内系统的模拟效果良好,模拟极限和模拟效果取决于交流伺服电机的性能、台面荷载以及运动控制方法。交流伺服电机的性能决定模拟的极限加速度和频宽范围,而在伺服电动缸推力范围内台面荷载的变化对波形模拟效果影响不大。
This paper presents how to combine AC servo motor with computer control technology to drive AC servo motor by the method of closed-loop control with three motion parameters.The simulation of several waves which have different accelerations and forms was completed with a small AC servo motor cylinder,then the effect of simulation is analyzed by examining the oscillation amplitude and resemblance of the output waves.Results show that the effect of simulation is decided by the capability of AC servo motor,load of the system and the method of control.The capability of AC servo motor determines the peak of acceleration and the range of frequency.But the load added to the system makes little impact on the effect of simulation if it is under the limited value of the pushing force of AC servo motor cylinder.
