震后公路桥梁通行能力理论模型研究

摘要
震后公路桥梁通行能力的理论模型是其通行能力快速评估技术的重要基础。阐述了震后公路桥梁通行能力对于震后应急救援决策工作的重要性,在分析震后公路桥梁的交通功能损失的基础上,定义了震后公路桥梁的震害度,修正了震后公路桥梁的震害指数;从交通工程学的角度,研究了公路桥梁理论通行能力,分析了震后公路桥梁实际通行能力的影响因素,推导出震后公路桥梁的通行概率,定义了地震对于公路桥梁通行能力的修正系数,进而建立了震后公路桥梁通行能力的理论模型。通过算例分析,验证了该模型的有效性。
The theoretical model of traffic capacity of highway bridges after strong earthquake is an important basis of fast assessment technique of the capacity.This paper introduce the importance of traffic capacity of highway bridges for emergency rescue decision-making after earthquake.Based on the analysis of the traffic function loss of highway bridges after earthquake,the damage degree was defined and the damage index was revised.From the perspective of traffic engineering,this paper studies the theoretical traffic capacity of highway bridges and analyzes the factors of influencing the actual traffic capacity of highway bridges after earthquake.Then the passage probability of highway bridges after earthquake was deduced and the earthquake correction factors for traffic capacity of highway bridges was defined.Accordingly,the theory etical model of traffic capacity of highway bridges after strong earthquake was established.By aproject example,the effectiveness of the model is confiemed.
