岸边集装箱起重机抗震计算分析

摘要
应用有限元软件ANSYS建立了岸边集装箱起重机(以下简称岸桥)三维计算模型,基于模态分析结果,以计及码头放大作用的设计反应谱作为输入,利用反应谱法对岸桥进行了抗震计算。计算结果表明,耦合模态的作用使纵向地震作用引起一定的垂向位移响应;在运行小车处于前大梁端部且吊有集装箱工况下,横向地震作用时,由于在岸桥响应中起主要作用的第7阶模态对应的固有频率接近横向地震反应谱峰值对应的频率,岸桥应力响应较大;但是,总的来讲岸桥在各向地震作用下的应力响应不是很大。
The paper uses finite element software ANSYS to build the 3D calculating model for quayside container crane,and carries out the anti-earthquake calculation by means of response spectrum,based on model analysis and the design response spectrum considering the factor of amplifying wharf structure.The calculating result shows that longitudinal earthquake wave causes certain vertical displacement response of crane under coupled mode;and horizontal wave causes greater stress response of crane due to seventh order natural frequency,which plays a key role in the crane response,being close to the corresponding peak value of horizontal earthquake response spectrum,when trolley is fully loaded at front end of girder;whereas stress response of crane is not great under all directional earthquake waves acting.
