地震应急指挥车现场应急通信技术系统的设计与实现

摘要
根据江苏地震应急工作发展需要,提出地震应急指挥车具体功能,对通信系统、视频会议与会商系统、语音通信与指挥调度系统等进行设计。指挥车不仅可以实现多种通信网络的互连互通,还能实现与远程指挥中心的实时数据、语音和视频通信,有效弥补应急通信车不足,具有易于部署、应用灵活、性价比高等特点,能有效提高地震部门应对地震灾害和突发公共事件的快速反应能力。
According to the need of development of Jiangsu earthquake emergency work,bring the specific function of earthquake emergency command vehicle,design of the communication system,video meeting and consultation system,voice communication and command system.The command vehicle can not only make various communications network connect with each other,but also can achieve the communications with real-time data and voice and video of remote command center,to make up for the lack of effective emergency communication vehicle,the system has many advantages,such as being deployed easily,being operated flexibly and being better cost performance,which can improve the capability of quick reaction to respond to earthquake disasters and unexpected events effectively of earthquake department.
