地震救灾物资的路径选择

摘要
为了给紧急救援物资支持保障中心的调度人员提供科学的车辆路线调度决策方法,提高应急救援工作的响应能力,首先分析了地震发生时的路段行程时间的变化情况,将车流波动理论原理运用到车辆排队事件的分析中,把道路的长度、交通流量等综合因素转化成车辆的行驶时间;然后,考虑建筑物的倒塌几率、路段的阻断严重性和阻断曝光量对建筑物的倒塌所造成的路段阻断风险;进而建立了地震发生时应急物资车辆路径选择模式,并对建立的路径选择模式进行了实例验证,结果表明建立的路径决策模式是可行的.
In order to improve the response ability of the emergency aid after earthquake,the changes in traveling time are analyzed first and the traffic flow wave theory is applied to vehicles queuing incident.The length of the road,traffic flow and other factors are transferred into vehicles traveling time.Then,the road blocking risk is judged by considering the probability of the collapse of buildings,seriousness of blocking and the building block of exposure.Next,the path selection of emergency material after an earthquake is established.Finally,an example is presented to show the feasibility of the developed path decision-making model.
