空孔对爆破地震波减震作用的数值模拟分析

摘要
南京红山南路新开挖隧道群上跨既有地铁1号线,最短垂直距离仅为4.16 m。在爆破施工过程中,为确保运行地铁的安全,采用了在隧道开挖层和地铁隧道中间打空孔的减震技术。结合红山南路隧道开挖实际工程,利用AUTODYN软件对工程中有减震空孔情况下的爆破进行数值模拟计算,分析了减震空孔排数、空孔与爆源距离等空孔布置参数对爆破地震波的衰减影响。对空孔的布置参数进行优化,提出了在距离爆源1 m处打2排交错空孔的减震方案,实际工程中震动速率减小率达49.8%,减震效果明显。
The vertical distance from the excavation face of new tunnels at Hongshan South Road in Nanjing to the existent NO.1 subway tunnel is only 4.16 m.To keep the subway operation safe,the seismic control method by drilling empty holes between the excavation face and the existent tunnel was applied in the blasting engineering.Based on actual excavation engineering in Hongshan South Road Tunnel,the software AUTODYN was used to simulate the blasting process.The effect of damping holes range number and distances from damping holes to blast source on attenuation law during the blasting seismic wave propagation in the rock was analyzed.By optimizing the setting parameter of the damping holes,a scheme of drilling double range staggered holes within 1 meter near the blast source was proposed.The peak particle vibration velocity was reduced 49.8%.
