木构架榫卯节点滞回性能的数值模拟

摘要
为得到榫卯节点滞回性能的数值模拟,基于有限元软件ANSYS,针对榫与卯之间缝隙、木材材性、模拟单元、荷载及边界条件作了详尽定义。以此建立榫卯节点有限元模型,通过与试验结果的对比分析,该模型能较真实地模拟低周反复荷载下榫卯节点的非线性滞回性能,较好地反映榫卯节点在反复加载过程中的捏拢现象。研究表明,对于榫卯节点滞回性能在有限元软件中的模拟,榫与卯间缝隙设定及木材材性的准确定义是必要的。
To achieve a better numerical simulation on nonlinear hysteretic response of mortise and tenon joints,based on the finite element analysis software ANSYS,detailed information about the gap between the mortise and the tenon,properties of the wood,simulation elements,loads and boundary conditions were defined. Finite element model of mortise and tenon joints were established. Compared with experimental results,it could be found that the nonlinear hysteretic characteristics of mortise and tenon joints under cyclic loads could be veritably simulated by using the model. Meanwhile,the pinch phenomenon of mortise and tenon joint under cyclic loads also could be reflected. The results indicated that setting the gap between the mortise and the tenon,and defining properties of the wood were necessary in numerical simulation.
