二维条码伤票在灾害救援中的应用研究

摘要
论述了一种基于二维条码技术的救援伤票及其辅助支持信息系统的设计,采用二维条码技术不仅解决了纸质伤票信息量小,不易辨认,信息低速传递的问题,也克服了常用的电子伤票成本高,无法为人眼识别的缺点,适合在我国这样一个人口众多,灾害频发的发展中国家推广。具有高效、低廉、容易建设的特点。
The problem how to rescue the wounded as soon as possible always occupies the hospital This paper designs to devise the invention which bases on the 2-dimensional bar code,and is expected to support information system.The wounded information on the paper often fails to be sufficient,and is difficult to identify.What's more,it also communicates very slow.The 2-dimensional bar code could not only solve the problem,but also overcome shortcomings,for instance, the frequently-used electronic ticket costs much and even cannot be distinguished by person.Eventually,the result of the 2-dimensional bar code is appropriate for extending in our nation country with enormous population and frequent natural disasters developing country.
