摘要

本文从概念设计的角度,浅谈了《建筑抗震设计规范》(GBJ11—89)未涉及而设计实践中很需要解决的6度区建筑抗震设防的某些问题。对多层砖混房屋的构造规定延伸;底层框架砖混房屋的构造措施;底部多层框架砖混房屋的应用等提出一些看法。
With the view of conception design, the text introduces some questions of the antiseismic design for antiseis-mic district against degree 6 earthquake that haven't been mentioned in The Rules of Antiseismic Design in Architect (GBJ11-89)but need being solved urgently in practice. Some views are expounded on the exconstruction measures of concrete and brick building with a base of frame and the use of concrete and brick building with multi-storied base of frame.
