中国矿产资源储备战略研究

摘要
矿产资源储备是关系到国计民生的大事。本文在详细阐明矿产资源储备的目的、意义的基础上，着重论述了国内外矿产资源储备的现状，进而提出了我国应建立和完善矿产资源储备制度。
Minecal resources reserve is a very important thing in the national economy and the people'slivelihood. After clarifying the necessity of mineral resources reserve, this paper emphatically expoundes the present situation of mineral resources reserve in China and other countries, and then proposes that China must establish and perfect the mineral resources reserve system.
