三峡移民安置区松散堆积体灌浆加固试验研究

摘要
对三峡库区移民迁建城市巫山和奉节松散堆积体进行了灌浆加固试验。通过岩体声波测试表明,波速较灌浆前提高40%~70%,经开挖验证,在灌浆孔周围均形成比较完整的柱状固结体,并有枝状或脉状浆液顺裂(空)隙外延,灌浆影响半径大于1.7m,最大可达5m,开挖取样测试表明原来抗压和抗剪强度较差的松散、碎裂岩体力学强度明显提高,其抗压强度23.8MPa,抗剪强度 C= 0.87MPa, φ= 47.47°。
A grouting strengthen test for large scale loosen deposited mass is applied to the relocation sites in the Three Gorges re- servior. The sonic detection shows the velocity of the cemented mass is obviously increased by 40% - 70%. The cemented mass around a grouting hole is formed as a completed solidified cylinder verified by the excavation. The compressive strength of the samples is 23.8MPa, the shear strength= 0.87MPa, and φ= 47.47°. The grouting radial is about 1.7m -5m. Based on the results of the grouting strengthen test a new type of foundation treatment is suggested. A box foundation will be instead of the pile foundation. The cost of foundation will be decreased by 40%and the construction period is cut down by 60%.
